Good night, sleep tight.

Yoga has a way of making my thoughts simply complex and more meaningful. Rather, I can weave together some difficult concepts and make sense of them. Somehow, between the drive home, making dinner, and catching up on emails, I lost what thoughts I had. I am sure as I lay my head down to rest, they will come back to me. At least my mind isn’t racing tonight like it has been for the past week.
